ITINERARY

Hello and welcome, adventurers! We’re kicking off 11 days of pure, unfiltered epicness with a game drive that’ll set the tone for the whole trip. Meet your crew, grab your camera, and let’s hit the road - your adventure starts now.Hop on! Today, you'll have the option to cruise through Nairobi National Park on overland trucks. Keep your eyes peeled for waterholes, cityscapes and the elusive white rhino. If you like, you'll also have time to visit the Sheldrick Elephant rehabilitation nursery, where you can watch baby elephants play and bathe in the water, and hear the fascinating story of their road to recovery too - just remember you'll need to have bought your ticket in advance on the Sheldrick Website.Passing through the Great Rift Valley, we’ll get to our Maasai Mara camp. In the evening, we'll set up our very first camp of the trip(!). Then you're free to spend the evening chatting & bonding with your crew around a bonfire, and grabbing dinner at the camp.

Want a bird's-eye view of the Savannah? After breakfast, you'll get the chance to head out on a sunrise hot air balloon ride. Then, it's game drive time (for the full day!). After trucking around in search of Africa's elusive big cats, we'll settle down by a scenic spot for lunch. And then head back on the road for some more wildlife spotting. Oh, and if you're here at the right time of year, you’ll even have the chance to witness millions of wildebeest and zebras en route to greener pastures AKA the Great Migration.

Rise and shine, Kenyan explorers! Today, you'll have the chance to visit a Maasai village, meet members of the tribe & even learn their traditions. Then, it's back to Nairobi. This afternoon, we'll make a quick stop to visit the Kibera Slum in Nairobi. You'll see the incredible work being done by the Mirror of Hope Foundation - working to break the cycle of poverty through education and helping women & children to improve their quality of life. Time to settle down in our camps for the night. So, rest up and keep dreaming of all the adventure that awaits us tomorrow.

Love adrenaline-pumping activities? Boy, you're gonna love today. White water rafting. Mountain biking. Rock climbing. Archery. Ziplining. There's no end to all the fun you can opt in for here. Best part? You've got an onsite restaurant (with a pool & bar) to fuel up as you go.

Bye bye Sagana, you've been epic. We'll hit the road once again, making a quick lunch stop for some delicious DIY sandwiches.Aaaand finally, we're in Amboseli! And of course, it's time for a game drive. So keep an eye out for the some epic wildlife (maybe even against the backdrop of Mt Kilimanjaro!) before we head to our camps for the night.

This morning we'll have one final game drive in Amboseli before heading across borders. So, say goodbye to our Kenyan guides, and say hello to our Tanzanian ones as we drive to the town of Arusha. Here, we'll visit the Shanga Community Project - a wonderful initiative that offers employment to disabled community members through arts & crafts.Welcome to Mto Wa Mbu - our home for the coming two nights (and also the gateway to some of the best national parks in Africa). So settle in, grab dinner, and spend some time with your crew.

Wakey wakey. You guessed it - it's game drive time! We'll head off to our game drive in Tanzania - Tarangire. Famed for its two African giants; the elephant and baobab trees. This evening, we'll wander around this wonderful lil' town's markets (and possibly get a souvenir or two). Then you have the option to walk through the canopy around Lake Manyara and even spot monkeys!

See ya in a bit, Mto Wa Mbu. We've got a couple more places to tick off. Switching to our pop-top safari vehicles, we'll head out on another game drive in search for the Big 5. Was that a lion?! Oh, it was your tummy grumbling. Fear not - it's time for lunch. Next, one more game drive in the world-famous Serengeti before heading back to our camps for the night.

We'll spend a full day seeking out the game of Africa's plains, with predators in hot pursuit of their prey. If the wildebeest migration is around, then you are in for a wildlife treat: millions of wildebeest and zebra grazing for as far as the eye can see really is one of Africa's greatest spectacles to observe. If you want to make today even more unforgettable, you can opt in for a once-in-a-lifetime balloon safari. A buffet dinner awaits us back at our safari camp.

Another day, another safari. Take in the epicness of our final game drive in this wonderful national park before we head back to Mto Wa Wbu. A Maasai village tour? Mountain biking to Lake Manyara? Canoeing across it? You've got loads of activities to choose from today. Plus, if a night game drive sounds like something you'll love - this is your chance!

It's our last day on safari and our last chance for some wildlife viewing. So opt to jump on one last game drive to Lake Manyara National Park?Known for its famous tree-climbing lions (yep, you read that right), Lake Manyara offers a completely different vibe from the other parks we've hit up. Think grassy floodplains, towering forests, and the chance to spot some seriously unique wildlife and birdlife you won’t see anywhere else. And with that, our wonderful, epic, surreal trip has sadly come to an end. With full hearts and memories made, it's time to say fond farewells to your new lifelong friends, and to our African adventure.
